Absolutely. During your consultation we can design a wedding band that complements and sits flush with your engagement ring — even if it’s a low-setting or unique style.

We use both natural and lab-grown diamonds — all ethically sourced and certified (GIA / IGI for natural diamonds and lab-grown). This ensures clarity, quality, and traceability for every stone.

Yes — for many of our diamonds, we offer showroom viewings for locally stocked stones; and for natural or selected stones, we can provide high-resolution images (or videos) and detailed specifications to help you make an informed decision.

If your preferred ring size isn’t listed, simply note your size requirement at checkout and we can custom-make the ring to fit you. You can visit us in-store to get your finger measured or If the size isn’t correct upon receiving, please contact us — we’ll discuss possible resizing or remaking options (depending on the design).

Yes, customisation is part of what makes Radiant Jewels special. During your design consultation we can discuss different metals, finishes and — where possible — personal touches (like engravings or special settings) to make your piece truly unique.

We understand that sometimes you may need your jewellery sooner than the standard timeframe. If you’re on a tight schedule (e.g. for a proposal or special event), reach out and we’ll check if we can expedite production or suggest a ready-to-ship alternative.

Yes — we offer ethically sourced natural diamonds and high-quality lab-grown options. Lab-grown diamonds offer the same physical and optical properties as mined diamonds, with the added benefits of ethical sourcing and often a more affordable price point.

If the order hasn’t entered production, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Once production starts, modifications may be limited — but we’ll discuss options depending on where in the production process your piece is.

Yes! At Radiant Jewels, we proudly offer worldwide shipping on all orders — including custom engagement rings, wedding bands and fine jewellery. You can shop online with ease and have your chosen piece delivered right to your doorstep, wherever you are.

Import Duties & Taxes
Most orders are shipped with duties and taxes included where possible. However, some countries do not allow us to pre-pay these fees as the sender. In these cases, you may be required to pay local import duties and taxes upon delivery, which are not covered by Radiant Jewels.

Radiant Jewels provides a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom-made pieces — giving you confidence in the craftsmanship and longevity of your jewellery.

For all other fine jewellery, including earrings, pendants, chains and bracelets, we offer a 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering any manufacturing faults.
